"Rome House: EUR District Transformation

Our comprehensive interior design and furnishing project in Rome's EUR district was a fascinating endeavor to infuse a classic property with contemporary luxury.

The EUR (Esposizione Universale Roma) neighborhood is architecturally distinct, characterized by the imposing, monumental style of Italian Rationalism, with buildings dating predominantly from the 1930s to the 1950s. Our challenge was to respect this unique heritage while elevating the residence to a modern, high-end standard.

Key features of this bespoke transformation include:
Custom Staircase Design: The home features multiple staircases, with the attic access being a true centerpiece. This piece was custom-designed, drawing inspiration from the iconic staircase of the Dolce & Gabbana store in Piazza Navona, and dramatically evokes the powerful geometry and structure of ancient Roman gladiator cages.
Integrated Wellness: A dedicated internal spa and gym area was created to ensure maximum comfort and lifestyle luxury.
Unique Pool Feature: The indoor pool boasts a striking, submerged window that provides a view directly into the bottom of the exterior pool, seamlessly connecting the two spaces."
